PEMAHAMAN METODE PROJECT BASED LEARNING PADA MATA KULIAH DOKKAI SAKUBUN 4

This study aims to determine students' comprehension of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) method which consists of the planning step, implementation step and evaluation step in designing basic level Japanese reading materials (A1) based on the classification of Japanese language proficiency levels according to the JF Standard. The research method used is a descriptive approach. This study used a sample of 39 students from the class of 2019 using the saturated sample technique. This research was conducted on the Dokkai Sakubun 4 course which is one of the compulsory subjects of the Riau University's Japanese Language Education Study Program. The data collection technique used is the portfolio technique. The data collected is in the form of group assignments regarding project planning for making extensive reading materials.
