Abstrak

Literary learning with drama appreciation is applied to develop students' abilities, understand and utilize literary works in personality development and improve language skills. Students study the development of Japanese literature every era, examine literary works and appreciate it in the form of drama. During the COVID-19 pandemic, drama appreciation which was shown live, was made online using animated videos. The purpose of learning literature in the Japanese language education study program is to appreciate literature in the form of animated videos with the theme of fairy tales. The results of the discussion on learning Japanese literature using project based learning of drama appreciation with animated videos, students understand literary texts about momotaro and Urashima taro, make drama texts and drama animation videos, then display them via online zoom. Animated videos are made with their own designs according to students' creativity and replace the role of players in drama appreciation. Students continue to dub as voice actors in the animated video. Implementation is carried out by mentoring, making project designs, monitoring scheduling, evaluating results and evaluating. The implementation of literary appreciation using animated videos has a very good response and is more interesting by learning other languages.
