Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must fit into the focus and scope of Hirameki: Jurnal Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang follow the author guidelines of this journal. The review process uses single-blind review system, where reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process to the authors.

Manuscripts that have been published must discuss novelties and scholarly qualities. The author(s) should honestly show their work, free from fabrication, falsification, copying, or improper data modification. The author(s) are advised to perform the likeness check using plagiarism detection tools.

Two or more evaluators assess each submitted paper for comprehension, originality, applicability, and presentation. The evaluators provide useful, scientific feedback for enhancing the papers' substance. Using Turnitin's similarity tool, Editor(s) also check the plagiarism detection of manuscripts in this journal by using Turnitin similarity checker software. The editors then make a decision based on the reviewer’s recommendation from among several possibilities: Accept Submission, Revisions Required, Resubmit for Review, Resubmit Elsewhere, and Decline Submission.

Publication of accepted articles including the sequence of published articles will be made by Editor in Chief.
